In 2010, I graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with my B.S. in Elementary Education P-3.

During college, I worked at UTM's Margaret N. Perry's Children Center.

I student taught in Mrs. Jana Stafford's kindergarten class from September-October of 2010. I also student taught in  2nd grade at South Fulton Elementary School from October-December of 2010.  

This will be my 10th year teaching at McKenzie Elementary School.  It is my first year to teach 2nd grade!

My name is Megan Taylor and I am originally from Bolivar, Tennessee.  I have lived in McKenzie for 9 years. I am married to Jay Taylor. He is a teacher at Peabody High School in Trenton, TN. Needless to say, we love teaching! We have a little boy, Kipton. He is 4 years old! We also have two precious English springer spaniels named Molly and Sadie. I am very excited about the new school year!
