4th Grade Supply List

2021-2022

Please provide these items for your child entering 3rd grade. Please put your child’s name on all supplies.

1. School back-pack without rollers

2. School scissors (sharp pointed metal)

3. 2 boxes crayons (16 or 24 count only)

4. 2 Elmer’s school glue sticks

5. 3 packs of #2 pencils (NO plastic coated pencils)

6. 5 plastic pocket folders – (2 with prongs; 3 with just pockets)

7. 2 Composition notebooks

8. 1 pencil bag (no school boxes)

9. 1 pack wide ruled notebook paper (keep supplied all year)

10. 2 highlighters (yellow)

11. 2 spiral notebooks (wide ruled)

12. 2 Dry Erase markers (black or blue)

13. 2 packs of pencil top erasers

$10.00 Classroom Fee

Also, we use several additional items for our classroom throughout the year. If you would like to contribute, please send any of the following: Kleenex, wet wipes, paper towels, index cards, colored printer paper, zip lock baggies, or white or colored card stock. THANK YOU!!
