An additional registration day has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 26, 2018 from 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.

Please be sure to bring the following items in order for your child to be enrolled:

1. Birth Certificate (Mother's copy not accepted)
2. Social Security Card
3. TN Certificate of Immunization w/proof of Physical
4. Proof of Residency (Utility bill, Lease Agreement, or Warranty Deed)
